The Workplace Relations Commission declared Lorna Bradley’s complaint against United Retail Trading Limited Eurocycles Eurobaby not well founded. Adjudication officer Roger McGrath dated the decision 4 March 2025. Bradley had complained that her former employer contravened the Protection of Employment Act 1977. Neither she nor the respondent attended the hearing. The officer said Bradley had been informed in writing of the hearing details and, without evidence to the contrary, dismissed the complaint. No monetary award was recorded.
