The Workplace Relations Commission found all nine complaints by Michal Benyskiewicz against Warnervale Limited not well founded. He had alleged problems with holiday and public holiday entitlements, rest periods, breaks, part-time work and fixed-term employment. Benyskiewicz said he often worked seven 12-hour night shifts in a week and did not receive proper breaks or timely public holiday payments. The company provided records including rotas, payslips and signed break records. The WRC decision was dated 18 September 2024.
