The Workplace Relations Commission found Yingqi Song’s annual leave complaint against Cohen & Co. Chartered Accountants Limited not well founded. Song, a trainee accountant employed from January to July 2023, said she had not received her leave entitlement or payment when her job ended. The WRC decision was dated 11 March 2024. Song told the hearing that all leave payments due had been received by then.
