A Workplace Relations Commission complaint by Kristina Ilieva against Gyno`S Diner was found “not well founded” after she did not attend the hearing to give evidence. The decision, dated 10 August 2023, concerned her claim that she received her employment contract six months after starting work and could not understand its English wording. The adjudication officer said Ilieva presented no evidence at the hearing. The complaint was made under the European Communities (Road Transport) (Organisation of Working Time of Persons Performing Mobile Road Transport Activities) Regulations 2012.
