The WRC recommended against a worker’s industrial relations complaint after she could not articulate it at the hearing and later submitted new allegations the company had not been told about. The recommendation was dated 16 August 2022. The worker chose to proceed without legal representation. After the hearing, she said she did not wish to withdraw and supplied further complaints, some of which had already been dealt with in her constructive dismissal complaint. The adjudicator said the fresh matters could not be upheld because they were raised after the hearing and the company had not been put on notice.
