The Workplace Relations Commission found two complaints by Celine O'connor against Siptu Trade Union not well founded after she did not attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. The complaints alleged breaches of the Employees (Provision of Information & Consultation) Act 2006. The WRC said hearing arrangements had been emailed to both parties on 7 February 2023; neither party attended the hearing scheduled for 20 March 2023. The decision was dated 19 April 2023 and made by WRC Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan.
