The worker said her pay was reduced by 20% in November 2020 and that she worked 28 Fridays at €152.14 per day, amounting to €4,259.92 gross. The employer said restrictions on greyhound racing had reduced work and that she agreed in writing to the change. The WRC found that a review should have taken place under the specific agreement between the worker and employer.
