The pharmacy said past payroll mistakes had been fixed and she had received all entitlements due. Adjudication Officer Anne McElduff was satisfied Cox had received all public holiday entitlements due in the six months before she submitted her complaint. Cox did not attend the resumed hearing, but the complaint was decided on its merits.
