The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a door security worker €236.56 for unpaid annual leave, €168 for public holiday pay and €200 in compensation. The decision was dated 5 April 2018. The worker said he had received none of his annual leave or public holiday entitlements while working part time from December 2016 to June 2017. A night club did not attend the hearing. The adjudicator found both entitlements were due and also awarded compensation under the Van Colson decision.
