The Labour Court increased a Rights Commissioner’s £667 recommendation to £800 after a worker appealed a wages dispute against A.P.T. International. The decision was signed on 9 March 1992. The worker, a secretary/receptionist, said she had not received all the wages due. A.P.T. International did not attend the hearing. The Court increased the recommendation to cover minimum notice and unpaid travel expenses.
