permission for relocating the existing unauthorised 1.9 m high timber garden fence separating the gardens to the rear; removal of the window in the single-storey extension to the rear of the one-bedroom dwelling; and construction of new internal wall at attic level between the dwellings, together with all associated site works, retention permission for the subdivision of the dwelling to provide 1 no. one-bedroom dwelling (with 1 no. car parking space) with independent entrance through a single-storey porch to the front and garden entrance to the rear and 1 no. four-bedroom dwelling (with 1 no. car parking space) and associated works; the provision of a single-storey entrance porch to the front, a side gate and an external kitchen door to the four-bedroom dwelling; changes to the fenestration of both dwellings; widening of the vehicular entrance and hard landscaping works to the front of the site
