construction of a new single-storey pitched-roof extension to the south-east (side) elevation and a single-storey flat-roof extension to the north-west (side) elevation. Partial external and internal demolition works of the existing single storey house and roof. The proposed pitched roof will align with the ridge height of the existing roof, with a flat-roofed link connecting the existing and proposed pitched roofs, and a separate flat roof to the north-west (side) extension. The development will also include the provision of two new rooflights and all associated site works
