1. modification to the as-granted Unit 1 from a two-storey detached two-bedroom dwelling to a three-storey detached four-bedroom dwelling. 2. modification to the as-granted Units 2–9 from three-storey detached three-bedroom dwellings to three-storey detached four-bedroom dwellings. 3. minor associated amendments to elevations, floor plans, roof profiles and all associated site development works required to facilitate the proposed modifications, the total number of residential units permitted under the previously granted planning permission shall remain unchanged at 9 dwellings, the proposed modifications relate solely to amendments to the approved dwelling designs, including an increase in the number of bedrooms, together with associated ancillary changes
