demolition of existing single storey ground floor front porch structure & existing garage structure all to be removed, construction of new single storey flat roof porch, WC, living room and utility room extension, all on ground floor level, conversion of existing attic, incorporating new flat roof dormer style roof to rear of existing two storey semi-detached dwelling, comprising of new bedroom & en-suite areas to new attic level, minor internal alterations to existing ground and first floor levels, energy retrofit with external insulation wrap to new extension external walls, existing tarmac driveway to be removed and replaced with new tarmac driveway and associated site works
