the opening of a new access gate to provide independent access from the public road to an existing detached dwelling house granted under Planning Register Number 97/6013, via a new private driveway. all with associated site works including alterations to accommodate the required site lines for the newly proposed entrance. a portion of the existing hedge / boundary within the client’s property is proposed to be revised, thus widening the existing roadway
