Ref. 24/60183, comprising: -minor revisions to the design and layout of the permitted single-storey front extension, including the provision of a shallow-pitched zinc-clad roof and associated internal layout alterations; -minor revisions to the design and layout of the permitted first-floor/attic extension on the western side of the dwelling, including revised façade treatment; the raising and reconstruction of the associated roof structure from c.117.67m to c.118.00m, matching the ridge height of the main dwelling, and, revised dormer and window arrangements, including the repositioning of the front and rear dormers on the western extension; and -all associated internal and elevational alterations necessary to facilitate the proposed development, retention permission is also sought for amendments to the detached garden room, permitted under Wicklow County Council Reg.
