The development will also include car parking, bin and bicycle stores, public / communal open spaces, site services including foul pumping station associated rising main, landscaping, boundary treatments and all ancillary site development works, with vehicular and pedestrian access from the Dublin Road (R446) all on site of circa 1.84 Ha.
