Eurkon (Kilbeggan) Ltd. is proposing to build 54 new homes on Dublin Road in Kilbeggan, including 46 houses ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms across various semi-detached and terraced designs, plus 8 one-bedroom apartments in a 2-storey block. The development will also include car parking, green spaces, and pedestrian access, covering about 1.84 hectares.
