indefinite retention of 1 existing kitchen extension attached to the existing domestic garage and PERMISSION to convert existing domestic garage (1No.) for which permission was previously granted under Ref No. 71510018 to family/living room. Proposed works in the garage conversion include the replacement of the existing flat roof over the entire section of the building in which the garage is incorperated, the provision of external insulation and an increasein floor level by 100mm and the provision of one rooflight over same and insertion of new window in Eastern elevation. The height of this building will be 2.950m and area of the existing garage is 29.74m2. Permission is sought to incorparate a new utility room and bathroom within the existing kitchen area, to increase floor level by same by 100mm and to fit external insulation around same and to fit one rooflight over proposed utilty room. The area of the kitchen setion of the building is 34.40m2 and the height of same is 2.950m
