for change of use for two buildings, one having an eaves height of 5.3m above floor level and a ridge height of 8.1m above floor level and the other building having an eaves height of 3.15m above floor level and a ridge height of 4.73m above floor level from workshop and storage buildings to 64 bed hostel accommodation over 2 floors including dining facsilities, 2 internal padel tennis courts, and for a sewage treatment plant on adjoining lands. The change of use will require alterations to North, South, East and West elevations to incorporate new window and door openings as shown on the elevations submitted at my premises known as Robin Hill, Ballyvaden, Kill,Co.Waterford in accordance with the drawings submitted.
