demolition, alterations and extensions to the existing public house, comprising: (a) the demolition of existing single-storey extensions (39sqm) to the side and rear of the existing two-storey public house; and (b) the construction of a single-storey extension (91sqm) to the rear and side of the existing public house to provide for a new kitchen and ancillary toilet facilities, an outside eating area, internal and external alterations to the existing public house, with existing signage to be maintained, extension of the existing car park to provide additional parking spaces, bicycle stands and new boundary treatments, together with all associated site works.
