to construct a new single storey 3 bedroom dwelling with proposed new waste water treatment plant and associated percolation area, and to decommission and change the use of existing single storey cottage dwelling from residential to storage use (which will be for the ancillary use to proposed new dwelling). It is further proposed to retain but modify existing site entrance (in the interests of road safety for all users - hence improving the safety of the existing site entrance ) and to demolish existing sheds / outbuildings at our property / site, with all associated and necessary site works
