for the following works to existing dwelling house, the demolition of 2 no. existing chimney stacks, 3 no. single storey sheds to the side (west), together with alterations, minor window / elevational adjustments, external insulation and the construction of a new storey and a half extension to the south and east side of the existing dwelling house, a new single storey garage, the blocking up of the existing vehicular entrance, together with the construction of a new vehicular entrance all located to the east side of the site, the de-commissioning of the existing septic tank and percolation area, together with the construction, installation and re-location of a new waste water treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary and associated site works
