Planning Permission is sought for modifications to existing single storey dwelling , which shall include a change of use from existing garage room to bedroom use, a single storey infill extension (with 1 no. additional window) which shall join main dwelling to existing garage room, (extension shall facilitate new utility and ensuite) new window ope to side elevation (gable) of main dwelling. It is further proposed to construct a new double driveway to the front garden (front elevation) of existing main dwelling, with all necessary and associated site works at No. 2 The Dell, Mount Pleasant, Williamstown, Waterford X91 ET2T Signed Alan Walsh.
