The development will consist of demolition of existing supermarket with ancillary off-licence (1711sqm) and construction of a new supermarket with ancillary off-licence (2571.8sqm) and reconfiguration of car parking to include 77no. car parking spaces (in lieu of 126no. existing car parking spaces) with access from existing vehicular access from R675, standalone ESB substation (25.8sqm), new plaza with pedestrian access from R675, hard and soft landscaping, service / delivery area, plant compound, bicycle parking, trolley bays, totem sign, building mounted signage, PV solar panels and all associated site and development works
