to extend, alter, refurbish and upgrade the street fronted, single storey, terraced building of No. 3 Conduit Lane and extend through two further floors, to include for retail/retail service use through the ground floor and though the first floor . Also a three bedroom, self contained residential apartment through the second floor. Together with the installation of all necessary services and the completion of all associated site development works, including exit from second floor residential apartment unit through it’s fire protected exit staircase route down to the external street.
