10 year Planning Permission, on a 3.12ha site The proposed development will consist of: (a) the construction of 30 No. residential units comprising of: 8 No. detached 3 bedroom dormer (storey and a half) style houses (Type 1 & 1A – Sites No. 1 to 8), 10 No. semi-detached 3 bedroom dormer (storey and a half) style houses (Type 2 – Sites No. 9 to 14 and 26 to 30), 4 No. semi-detached 2 bedroom single storey houses (Type 3 – Site No. 15 to 18), 6 No. detached 4 bedroom dormer (storey and a half) style houses (Type 4 & 5 – Sites No. 19 to 22 and 24 to 25)and 2 No. detached 5 bedroom dormer (storey and a half) style houses (Type 6 – Sites No.23 and 26) The development will be carried out in 2 phases, (phase 1 Site Numbers 1 to 18 and phase 2 Site Numbers 19 to 30) (b) New vehicular and pedestrian/cycle access, from the L3028, Chapel Road and new pedestrian access from the south west corner of the site, accessing the L3028 Chapel Rd (c) Pedestrian access through the site (d) New agricultural access on to the L3028 Chapel Road, at the south of the site, to access remaining agricultural lands to the east (e) 60 no. surface car parking spaces (f) Surface water retention pond to the south of the site (g) All associated and ancillary works including private open space, public open space, roads and footpaths, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment, and all utilities and services.
