The development will consist of the construction of a 55-unit residential estate, comprising: 10 no. semi-detached 4-bedroom 2-storey houses; 32 no. semi-detached 3-bedroom 2-storey houses; 1 no. detached 2-bedroom single-storey house; 2 no. 2- storey terraced blocks containing 4 No. 2-bedroom mid terrace townhouses and 4 no. end of terrace 3-bedroom townhouses; and 1 no. 2-storey maisonette apartment block containing 4 no. 2-bedroom apartments.
