Tipperary. To include all necessary ancillary services, garden sheds and attenuation. Planning permission was previously granted for 3 similar units under planning ref. 21/948. All finishes, elevational and boundary treatment to match adjoining properties as approved under 21/948. Application also includes 4 no. additional parking spaces in the common area
