as constructed extension to the rear of dwelling house and existing entrance located along local road L5044 as vehicular entrance and all associated site works and PERMISSION for completion of same extension, demolition and removal of existing boundary wall and pedestrian entrance located to the front of the dwelling house and along regional road R438 and replace the wall with concrete block wall set back 2 metres at junction with local road L5044, block up entrance gate located east of the existing dwelling house along local road L5044 and replace the gateway with a pedestrian entrance gate at this location and all associated site works
