the development, which will represent an extension to the existing Primeline Logistics campus at Ashbourne Business Park, will comprise the construction of 1 No. warehouse (Unit 12G) with ancillary offices and staff facilities, with a maximum height of 15.95 metres with a gross floor area of 13,869 sq m comprising warehouse area (13,184sq m), ancillary office area (232 sq m) and staff facilities (453 sq m). The development will also include: provision of HGV access/egress, HGV yard with 8 No. HGV parking spaces; independent car parking access/egress with 75 No. car parking spaces, covered bicycle parking; smoking shelter; gates; dock levellers; signage; public lighting; sprinkler tank; pump house; noise barrier; boundary treatments; hard and soft landscaping; and all associated site development works above and below ground
