We, Pargo Properties One Ltd., intend to apply for planning permission for development at Ashbourne Retail Park, Ballybin Road, Ashbourne, County Meath. The development will consist of the construction of 3 no. external padel courts with an associated canopy enclosure, a single-storey structure containing a sauna facility and changing facilities with ancillary storage. The development also includes a bin store, 5 no. car parking spaces, boundary treatments including fencing, hard and soft landscaping, internally illuminated signage, and all associated site development works.
