the proposed development consists of: 1. retention permission for an existing ground-floor structure; 2. construction of a ground-floor extension to the structure, comprising three bedrooms; 3. alterations and amendments to the floor plans and elevations of the existing structure; 4. demolition of an existing agricultural building; 5. installation of a new effluent treatment system with soil polishing filter; 6. provision of a private well; and 7. upgrading of the existing private entrance to serve as the new site entrance for the proposed development and the existing dwelling at A82 R720, together with all associated ancillary site development works at Rathinska, Kilskyre, Co. Meath (Previous Planning Reference No. 26/60068)
