the proposed development consists of 1. Permission for change of use and extension of the existing structure to provide a proposed three bedroom dwelling; 2. Alterations and amendments to the floor plans and elevations of the single storey structure; 3. demolition of an existing agricultural building; 4. Installation of a new effluent treatment system with soil polishing filter; 5. Provision of a private well; and 6. Upgrading of the existing private entrance to serve as the new site entrance for the proposed development and the existing dwelling at A82 R720, together with all associated ancillary site development works at Rathinska, Kilskyre, Kells Co. Meath (Previous Planning Reference No. 26/60068).
