Permission is sought for alterations to an existing two storey dwelling to include replacement of the existing roof with a new roof of amended profile and ridge height. Internal reconfiguration of the rooms and floor/ceiling heights, a new 2 storey extension to the rear of the structure, a new wastewater treatment system and all associated site development works. Retention permission is sought for an existing mobile home as temporary living accommodation for the duration of building works on the dwelling
