the following; (A) retention & completion of existing dwelling for which planning permission was previously granted under planning reference number’s PL09/167 & PL14/75 for a double garage & storage shed whereby same will consist of a storey & a half type two bedroom dwelling house; (B) the proposed construction of a storey & a half type five bedroom dwelling to adjoin the aforementioned dwelling on the footprint of which a granny flat was previously granted under planning reference number’s PL09/167 & PL14/75 together with access road, boundary fences/walls, green open space, proposed connections to the existing water, wastewater & surface water networks; and all ancillary site development works
