the proposed construction of a single storey extension to an existing bungalow type dwelling house and all ancillary site works. Whereby planning permission is now also sought to decommission the existing onsite septic tank system and replace same with a wastewater treatment system with polishing filter in accordance with the EPA Code of Practice 2021 and all ancillary site works
