The existing boundary entrance to the east of ‘Loran’ is to be relocated to incorporate additional front garden space to serve this house with this splayed wall being built to mirror that proposed to ‘Castletroy house’. A new vehicular entrance is proposed to replace the existing pedestrian entrance to serve ‘Loran’.
