the demolition of an dwelling house, which has been confirmed as containing defective concrete (pyrite), in accordance with the Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme, and the construction of a replacement dwelling house to include a covered canopy to rear and side of house and an attached self-contained independent living unit to the side of the proposed house together with all associated site works
