Permission for development which consists of: permission for development at Mincloon and Keeraun, Clybaun Road, Galway, comprising: 1. Construction of a housing development of 84 no. dwellings consisting of 4 no. two-storey three-bed detached houses, 4 no. two-storey two-bed semi-detached houses, 20 no. two-storey three-bed semi-detached houses and 56 no. duplex units in three storey buildings (24 no. single-storey two-bed ground level, 16 no. two-storey two-bed above ground level apartments and 16 no. two-storey three-bed above ground level apartments); 2. Vehicular and pedestrian site access from Clybaun Road and associated roads, footpaths and shared spaces; and, 3. Associated development and works including site clearance / preparation, hard and soft landscaping, cycle and car parking, public and private amenity and open spaces, boundary treatments, public lighting and all other ancillary works above and below ground including connections to water supply, surface water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure and utilities
