Permission for development which consists of: permission sought from Galway City Council by P.Kenny at No.16 Lower Merchants Road, Galway, H91YDT1. The development will consist of (1) permission to construct a 3 storey extension to rear of existing dwellinghouse (2) demolish existing shed to rear and replace with new storage shed (3) change of use of overall dwellinghouse to guesthouse and (4) omit condition No. 5 of Planning Reg. No. 11/17 which required the house to be used as a single dwelling only and (5) all associated site works and services.
