Permission for development which consists of: change of use and material alterations of previously permitted restaurant/retail use at Units 16A, 16B, and 17 to form a new amalgamated healthcare facility, approximately 1100m2, including associated ancillary staff, patient, and administrative areas. Minor external alterations include the provision of a new glazed external door, external signage, and overhead external wall vents to the north-west elevation of Unit 17; provision of external signage and overhead external wall vents to the south-west and south east elevations of Unit 16A, provision of a new enclosed external plant area in an existing external area below street level; and provision of a new quench pipe termination at roof level. The development will be served by the existing car parking, all at Units 16A, 16B and 17, Wellpark Retail + Leisure Wellpark Road, Galway, H91 6N44.
