for demolition of existing lean to slatted shed and parts store. Construction of extension to the west of the existing workshop, comprising of an inspection bay aswell as a general maintenance area. Construction of a extension to the north east of the existing workshop, consisting of a reception area, toilets, office and a staff canteen and parts store. Installation of a petrol interceptor on the site and a 13.8 wide x 23.6m long concrete apron to the north of the existing workshop. Construction of a treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works.
