Planning Permission for amendments to the development previous permitted under Fingal County Council Reg. Ref. FW25A/0055E. It is proposed to alter the permitted parking for the permitted Units G2 and F2, comprising amendments to the approved external site layouts associated with both units, including revisions to car parking, bicycle parking and motorcycle parking location, and landscaping, along with ancillary site infrastructure. At Unit G2, the proposals provide for an additional 22 no. car parking spaces, relocation of motorcycle and bicycle parking, along with associated ancillary amendments including landscaping. At Unit F2, the proposals provide for 27 no. additional car parking spaces, along with associated ancillary amendments including landscaping. The proposed amendments do not alter the approved building footprints, gross floor areas, building heights, or permitted land uses associated with Units G2 and F2.
