Permission for development re the demolition of the existing faceted glazing on the northern and eastern elevation of the hotel at the corner of Anderson's Quay and Custom House Street, and the construction of a five storey infill extension, to include minor adjustments to the entrance/reception area to provide additional reception and foyer space, new access ramp and an additional 8 no. bedrooms on levels 1-4; new internally illuminated signage in raised lettering on the northern elevation; new lower level external sign on the northern elevation; and all associated site development and drainage works.
