Permission for development at the Leonardo Hotel, Anderson's Quay, Cork City, T12DCR9. The proposed development will consist of a five-storey extension to the western elevation of the existing hotel building, to provide a staff canteen, switch room, and linen store, as well as a new part enclosed external service yard, at ground floor; an additional 20 no. hotel bedrooms on levels 1-4 (153 no. bedrooms in total); new rooftop plant area with louvred screening; internally illuminated sign on the western elevation to match existing; and all associated site development and drainage works.
