Permission for development of the site at; Site adjacent to Kerry Road, Tower, Blarney, Co.Cork, T23N137 (Townland: Cloghphilip). The development will consist/consists of the construction of 2 no. detached dormer bungalow dwellings, associated garages, the construction of new vehicular entrances to both dwellings, the construction of new public footpath and the construction of new stone walls to entrances in accordance with the submitted drawings and all associated site works.
