The development is accessed from existing vehicular access to Shamrock Plaza and includes 12 No. car parking spaces and 60 No. covered bicycle parking spaces, bin storage / services compound, signage, roof plant / rooftop plant enclosure, solar panels and all associated site and development works, ancillary site activities and ancillary accommodation
