Retention of modular dwelling with completion works including deck, ramp and new fencing

Margaret Keenan has been granted permission to keep a single-storey modular house she's built at Mulladuff, Smithborough, set back from the road. The decision allows her to finish the work with new steps, a deck with an accessible ramp, timber fencing, and landscaping. The council asked for design changes to the roof pitch and exterior walls, which were submitted and accepted.
