New dormer house and garage with wastewater system and laneway access

Padraig Kindlon and Anthonia Durnin want to build a new dormer-style house and single-storey garage at Mullylusty, Coolderry, near Carrickmacross. The development includes a new wastewater treatment system, a new entrance onto the public road, and work to create a private laneway connecting to it.
